Demi-Leigh is determined, compassionate, and #UNBREAKABLE. She was crowned Miss South Africa and then Miss Universe in 2017. During that time she received self-defense training that allowed her to escape when she was carjacked and almost kidnapped that same year. Demi then went on to deliver the same training to women around the world through the #UNBREAKABLE movement. In our interview, Demi shares her story and gets real about times of transition, grieving with hope, and the responsibility of leveraging her platform.
