S2 Episode #15: Richella Parham
The One with Richella Parham
A quick note: This week's episode was recorded prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. In light of recent developments, the Collected team is still weighing our capacity to continue recording this show, as well as planning events booked for the next few months.
In the meantime, thank you as always for listening! Please remember that everything we do is funded by those who benefit from our ministry, whether they be Patrons or event attendees. We are still waiting for our 501(c)3 to be officially registered, but we would certainly appreciate your contribution in these uncertain times.
HERE IS ANOTHER UNIQUE WAY TO GET INVOLVED! During a recent social media campaign, we asked our listeners and followers to give their favorite businesses and ministries a shout out. We then messaged the people who gave a shout out with an opportunity to sponsor an ad for that organization on our show. We felt like this was a great way to support grassroots organizations AND raise some cash-ola to keep the show on the air. We'd like to offer this opportunity to YOU as well! For a donation of $50 we will record an ad for the business or organization of your choice! The ad will run in all of our episodes dropping in May and June! Email hello@collectedworkshops.com for more information.
Richella Parham is the author of Mythical Me: Finding Freedom from Constant Comparison from InterVarsity Press. She has blogged for over a decade at ImpartingGrace.com. Richella serves as a member of the Ministry Team and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Renovaré, a Christian spiritual formation ministry. She also serves as Worship Coordinator for The Gathering Church of Chapel Hill/Durham, North Carolina, and is a member of Redbud Writers Guild. The mother of three young adult sons, Richella lives in Durham with her husband, Jack.
Our events are centered on worship, restorative creativity, and designated time for reflection, evaluation, and setting intentions.
We help you provide a safe environment for your community to practice low-stakes creative risk-taking that will spur them in their gifting + step further into their calling. Leaders will rise up, ministries and businesses will be born, and all will find a new connection with their true identity.
Imagine what a whole community of Believers who
know who they are in Christ + understand their purpose as Kingdom cultivators can do!
